Help Desk Basics

Even though Critical Choices is online, you’re not alone. In addition to support from your facilitator and peer group, you can check our Frequently Asked Questions list, submit a question online, or call our Help Desk at (815) 753-2401. No matter where you are on the Critical Choices site, a Help Desk link is always available.

If you forget your ID or password, no problem. The Critical Choices site also contains a feature so you can request an email with your ID and password.
