Developed by Northern Illinois University, the YMCA Training Alliance and the Training Inc., Critical Choices combines a comprehensive anytime, anywhere online curriculum with face-to-face counseling. The unique self-evaluation element helps your clients make decisions based on their skills, aptitudes and values. It teaches essential workplace skills, preparing them to find and keep a position that fits their situation.

Critical Choices is an excellent stand-alone learning tool or supplement to existing programs in workforce development, adult basic education and career counseling settings.
